Why I'm rec'ing it: This is actually the only slash I've read where one of the partners was definitely a manwhore before the two got together, and that's throwing a very interesting angle on things. Edward is broken in many ways, and it is through his relationship with Jasper that he begins healing. The beginning was a surprise to me, and it kept me intrigued. There are several heartfail chapters in the middle, and the fic made me cry a few times - which I actually love. It's winding down now, with only a chapter or two left, and I'll be extremely sad to see it go. Add to that that the author, Katie, is amazing. She has thousands of reviews and always responds to each of them, usually providing teasers for the next chapter. She's just a sweetheart, but more than that, she writes an engaging story with two men that I've fallen completely in love with. This one does have some pretty hard core sex scenes, but I've found nothing that just squicked me out or anything of the sort. This one is another drop everything and read for me.

I'm debating on not reading slash while I write Inksper, because I don't want to be accused of copying or whatever, and I want to stick to my original plot as much as possible. BUT this one is on the list fo sho.

This one will be complete within a chapter or two, so it'll be sitting there waiting for you when you're ready. It has some major heartfail, but they definitely make up for it, and it would be infinitely better to read through the heartfail without waiting for updates

this is another one i've started but have yet to finish. (stupid "real life" :P ) i LOVED what i'd read (just 4 chapters), and like ATDE, i cant wait to get back into it.

well that's somewhat true, but i did want to read it anyway. haha
